1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to clud99. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and clud99 ("Platform", "we", or "clud99"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, services, games, and all content provided through the clud99 platform.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at clud99. Holding more than one account ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any existing balances.

By registering, you agree to:

4 Deposit & Payments

5 Withdrawal

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in specific circumstances requiring special approval.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member.

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited.

7 Game Rules

All games offered on the clud99 platform comply with fair gaming standards and use a random number generator (RNG) certified by recognized independent testing bodies. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical error.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the game system or exploit bugs is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure.
• In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, clud99 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the wagers to the member's account balance.

8 Accepted Member Conduct

• Using abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language towards other members or clud99 staff.
• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or influence game outcomes in any dishonest manner.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Spreading false or misleading information about clud99 to the public.
• Using the clud99 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or financial fraud.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a warning, temporary account suspension, or permanent account closure at clud99's discretion. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to serious violations may be forfeited.

9 Privacy & Data Security

Clud99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Ownership of multiple accounts.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the clud99 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to compliance with all applicable conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clud99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:
